Lenovo | Light & Seek
Every city has its own magic. With every building, every turn and every brick, there’s a story waiting to be discovered. And sometimes, we just need to take a step back, breathe and look at things with a fresh perspective.
For one night only on 17 April 2015, we’re bringing together 10 of Singapore’s movers and shakers in the creative scene to be part of a unique art debut. They will transform 10 urban spaces around Arab Street and bring to light a visual experience powered by the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro’s in-built projection feature.
"Ujjayi (pronounced oo-jai) is an ancient yogic breathing technique that helps calm the mind and body.
As Singaporeans we often take for granted the lushness of our city. Typically, cities are purely concrete entities almost completely devoid of nature. In the hustle, we often forget to allow ourselves a moment of calm to take in both the beauty and ingenuity of having a green city.
"Ujjayi" hopes for Singaporeans to slow down, take a moment and as the idiom goes- stop to smell the rose- in both a literal and metaphorical sense. The little seeming pockets of green around affords us the option to take a step back, relax and take a breath. It provides us the necessary stillness required for the much needed healing and recuperation."
